Hello friends! I hope you are having a wonderful night I have been so incredibly busy today that I just laid down in bed and opened the computer! I got busy today at the desk paying a lot of bills and taking care of a lot of things that was needing my attention. I went shopping for a while and ended up coming home with a new iphone 6 just so I can facetime and keep up with my teenagers. Seriously that was the only reason I got the phone. But it's gold and really pretty and works great so far. Today started early for me...around 7am I woke up and actually wanted to sleep in for a little longer but it didn't happen. Which brings me to this new video. This past summer my body started changing where my clock seemed to reset. I have never been a morning person and I never even thought it was a possibility. But now I am springing out of the bed every morning with more energy than ever and it's been a big switch. :) Here is what mornings have been like for me for the past few months...hope you enjoy!
As I shared, it's been a change for sure! It also means I have been getting sleep a lot sooner. Last night I was dying when I got into bed and really wanted to sleep in for a while and my body is just not allowing that any longer. But I am very proud of the fact that I am working hard to change my mornings around to wake up feeling better and happier.
